Group's management has been keen to diversify its hotel services provided to visitors to the Ka'ba, relying on its enormous capabilities through the Casablanca Supplies and Catering Factory, which has been equipped and supplied with several large production lines to prepare hot and dry meals for the large numbers of visitors to the Ka'ba, which are transported by a fleet of cars for external parties to the sites of companies and institutions in the holy sites, in addition to the possibility of transporting them to residential buildings and hotels throughout Makkah Al-Mukarramah.
The capacity of dry and hot meals is estimated at about 100,000 meals per day, supervised by a group of quality controllers to ensure the application of international safety standards and Saudi specifications and standards.

Supply and Catering Services in the Holy Sites (Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifah)

The group has a distinguished experience in the field of hotel service equipment in Mina for Hajj companies, institutions, campaigns, and official Hajj missions. The group provides the following services:

  1. 1- Preparing menus with an open buffet system according to ISO international specifications for food quality and safety.

  2. 2 - Managing hotel operations according to ISO 9001 specifications in hotel management and operations.

  3. 3 - Equipping the ministry's kitchen at the company's site with the necessary equipment and supplies for on-site cooking.

  4. 4 - Providing quality inspectors from specialized personnel in food safety and security, who monitor the stages of food production in accordance with ISO international specifications. The group ensures the appointment of a quality inspector for each site and distributes publications related to global health and food safety guidelines to pilgrims, utilizing temperature measuring devices and adhering to other binding instructions compliant with Saudi, ISO, and scientific specifications and standards.

  5. 5 - Providing experienced and competent chefs from various countries to deliver a unique mix of the agreed-upon year’s menus.

  6. 6 - Equipping the site with hotel services for internal supervision, ensuring that rooms are furnished according to hotel standards, including bed covers, pillows, and guest supplies.

  7. 7 - Providing supervisors and trained staff for internal supervision services around the clock.

  8. 8 - Offering hosts and hostesses to provide open buffet service and refill mini-fridges, if available. Additional services include a snacks and coffee break buffet available 24 hours a day.

  9. 9 - Providing baggage handlers and reception staff services according to recognized hotel standards.

  10. 10 - The possibility of implementing special restaurant menus through room service over the phone upon the request of the company or campaign for VIP services.

Group Services in Arafat

Preparing the site in Arafat with the necessary equipment and supplies for cooking according to international food safety specifications and standards. Providing experienced and qualified chefs from different countries to offer a unique mix of menus for breakfast and lunch with an open buffet system.

The site is prepared with internal supervision equipment according to international hotel standards and the requirements of pilgrims for hotel services on the Day of Arafat. Hosts will be in charge of open buffet services for breakfast and lunch, in addition to providing snacks and coffee break buffets throughout the day, featuring juices and light meals.

Supervisors will be assigned to oversee buffet service for women and coffee break buffet service. Cleaning services for the entire site will be performed and supervised according to hotel service performance standards. Trained supervisors and workers in internal supervision service will be available 24 hours a day.

Special services for VIPs will be provided as requested by the management of the companies or the responsible campaign. Quality inspectors from specialized teams in food safety and security will monitor food production stages according to international ISO specifications. The group management is committed to appointing a quality inspector for each site while distributing publications on public health and food safety guidelines to pilgrims. They will use temperature measuring devices and follow other instructions binding to Saudi and international ISO specifications and standards.

The group's services in Muzdalifah

The group's services in Muzdalifah are limited to providing fresh juices to pilgrims heading to Ka'ba, in addition to providing ready-made meals to pilgrims upon their arrival in Muzdalifah. Preparations will then be made to receive pilgrims in Mina on the first day of Tashreeq.
